Paris Hilton's experience with mobile phones hasn't been of the best, but that hasn't deterred her from cashing in on them.
A deal between her and Paris-based (no joke intended ; ) mobile game publisher Gameloft, "includes a game geared to teenagers scheduled for release this summer," says the Associated Press.
And it'll feature Paris' face.
Gameloft will, "develop and produce a series of mobile games featuring Paris Hilton and her likeness," says Game Spot, also pointing out she helped, "shill the Nintendo DS at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival and was also on hand at the Xbox 360 launch party last May".
But this won't be a one-off.
The first mobile Hilton, "will be targeted for the younger set, mostly aiming at tweens and teens who idolize the heir to the Hilton empire for her fashion sense and business savvy (right….), though they haven't indicated exactly what kind of title this will be," says MobileMag. "Gameloft will be responsible not only for the game's development, but also publishing and distributing it upon completion.
"Down the road, there will be additional titles available for everyone's mobile handset, capturing the interest of 'both male and female fans of Paris,' though I'm afraid the resolution may not be quite as good as what we've gotten our hands on in the past, so to speak."
By way of another Hilton mobile experience, hackers last year posted the contents of her cell phone online.
